We want you to be satisfied with Versyn. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled for our paid plans.

1. Free tier

Versyn offers a free tier so you can try the core service at no cost before paying for anything. We encourage you to use it to make sure Versyn fits your needs.

2. 14-day refund window

If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact us at [email protected] with your account email and we will process eligible refunds promptly.

3. Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. To avoid being charged for a new period, cancel before your renewal date. Refunds are not generally provided for a renewal period that has already started, except where required by law, but you are welcome to contact us if you believe your situation warrants one.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your plan from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider. The time it takes to appear depends on your provider and bank.

6. Exceptions

We may decline refund requests that fall outside the window above, or that appear to involve misuse of the service. We handle each request fairly and in good faith.

7. Changes to this policy

As our plans and product evolve, we may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above when we do. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
